Hollywood Tans Feasterville has announced their closure due to losing their lease and Island Sun Tanning is honored to be their recommended salon partner. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth and positive as possible for you. Please read through the information and FAQ section below before visiting our locations.
Hollywood Tans' final day of business is December 24th. While the full transfer of customer accounts into Island Sun’s system is scheduled to take place after we close on December 29th, we have been provided with a secure list of active Hollywood Tan clients so that you may begin enjoying our services right away. Our front desk team will reference this information to honor any remaining sessions during this brief transition period, and all accounts will be fully reconciled once the final import is complete. We appreciate your patience and look forward to welcoming you to Island Sun Tanning.
Beginning December 26th, you can continue your tanning routine without interruption. Simply visit any Island Sun location and we will assist you in getting started. Hollywood Tans has asked us to refer all airbrush tanning customers to ht19053@gmail.com to continue using any airbrush sessions. Island Sun will honor spray booth and uv tanning sessions that were remaining in your account with Hollywood Tans.

Why is Hollywood Tans closing? Hollywood Tans has made the decision to close their Feasterville location. We are grateful that they selected Island Sun Tanning as their preferred partner to continue caring for their clients.
Will Island Sun honor my remaining tanning sessions from Hollywood Tans? Yes. Island Sun will honor all remaining paid uv tanning and spray booth sessions you had at Hollywood Tans so your routine isn’t interrupted. What will not transfer over, are the tanning sessions and packages that you purchased during the month of December, as they were to be used at Hollywood Tans (per the in-store notices that had been posted in December). Airbrush sessions will be honored by contacting ht19053@gmail.com Simply visit any Island Sun location and let our staff look you up or help you set up your account.
Why won't Island Sun honor my airbrush sessions? Hollywood Tans has partnered with ht19053@gmail.com to honor any remaining airbrush sessions. However, Hollywood Tans did partner with Island Sun to honor all spray booth sessions that remain. Simply visit any Island Sun location for your spray booth sessions.
Will Island Sun honor my Hollywood Tans account credits (dollar balances)? No. Dollar account credits and stored value remain with Hollywood Tans’ business and cannot be transferred, as they are tied to their internal systems.
However, we are welcoming all HT clients with full access to their remaining tanning sessions, which we hope eases the transition.
Do my Hollywood Tans sessions expire? Yes. To help streamline the transition, all remaining Hollywood Tans sessions will be honored at Island Sun through the expiration date noted by Hollywood Tans. All other sessions will be honored through December 31, 2026.
What do I need to bring with me to redeem my sessions?Your Driver’s License so that we can confirm your identity with the client database from Hollywood Tans. Just visit any of our locations and tell the staff you are a Hollywood Tans client. We’ll take care of the rest.
I had a membership or EFT at Hollywood Tans. Will that continue at Island Sun? As to Hollywood Tans non-EFT memberships, Island Sun will honor any remaining sessions and existing expiration date. As to Hollywood Tans EFT membership, EFTs cannot legally transfer to another business. If you’d like to continue tanning with an Island Sun membership, our team will be happy to help you choose the best plan for your needs.
Can I start using my sessions before Hollywood Tans closes? No. As long as Hollywood Tans is open you must use your sessions there. We will begin honoring any unused sessions after they have officially closed for business.
Will I need to fill out new paperwork at Island Sun? You’ll just complete a quick digital release form during your first visit. It takes less than two minutes and ensures we have accurate records for you.
Do you offer similar beds and services to Hollywood Tans? Yes! While we do not have the exact beds and booths, Island Sun offers a wide variety of high-quality UV beds, including high-pressure options, along with spray tanning and red light therapy.

Will Hollywood Tans gift cards be honored at Island Sun?
No. The Hollywood Tans stored gift card balances remain with Hollywood Tans’ business and cannot be transferred.
